Our journey begins a long time ago in a galaxy far, far from Washington. On a distant, beautiful planet known to its inhabitants as Verdes. The citizens of Verdes reveled in their lush environs until one day the evil villain Chemiclees spilled toxic waste far and wide, and destroyed their environment. Few escaped, but one young Verdian was hurried to an escape pod, packed with his father's lucky green mask, and sent into space to escape the poisonous fumes. He traveled through space at the speed of light, landing on a small farm in rural Michigan. There, he was raised by human parents who taught him the value of the land around us, and in the Great Lakes, saw first hand the destruction that can be caused by harmful chemicals - even those that are supposedly used as cleaning agents.

As he grew, the boy realized his superhuman talents for cleaning and protecting the people around him from the environmental destruction that consumed his planet. He moved West, settled in the most beautiful city in the Pacific Northwest, and realized his true superhero potential...AS MR. GREEN.
